Centurydime Finance collects account, contact, application, financial and identity information you provide to process loan applications and answer support requests.

How your information is used

Our office reviews applications. Preliminary eligibility checks do not approve loans. We use your email for verification, account recovery and notifications about your applications and support conversations.

Protection and access

Application financial details and identity details are encrypted in storage. Identity document files are encrypted and held privately. Authorized reviewers can access documents for office-managed scanning, and their access is recorded. Support staff do not have reviewer access to identity documents.

Service providers

Our hosting infrastructure stores account and application records. Our email delivery provider processes account messages. We do not ask for wallet seed phrases or private keys.

Optional live chat

If you choose to open live chat, Smartsupp processes your chat messages and browser information to provide support. We do not automatically send your account details, loan application or identity documents to Smartsupp. Use the secure application for sensitive documents. Live chat conversations are handled in Smartsupp separately from the account support inbox.

Your choices

You can update your profile, withdraw an open application and contact support to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Records may need to be retained for contractual or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact the support team in your account for details about your request.
